Pascale joined Emond Harnden as an Associate after completing her articles with the firm. Before becoming part of the Emond Harnden team, she was a caseworker at the University of Ottawa Community Legal Clinic for most of her time in law school.
Practicing in all areas of labour and employment law, Pascale provides support to a variety of clients in both the public and private sectors, including federally and provincially regulated employers.
Having studied civil law, Pascale is often called upon to answer questions for clients operating in Quebec. She is regularly involved in defending against wrongful dismissal and human rights claims, participating in collective bargaining, drafting and reviewing employment contracts, responding to grievances and preparing for arbitration, and providing legal advice on various labour and employment law matters.
