August 31, 2019 – Canada’s Labour Code changes affecting aviation

New federal labour standards are coming into effect on September 1
Federally regulated employers should familiarize themselves with the new standards and their new obligations, and rights, under those standards. Employers should also review their policies and practices in order to be ready to respond to new requests from employees.
