Fabienne is a dedicated lawyer based in Ottawa, who has been with Emond Harnden for over half a decade.

Perfectly bilingual, she is committed to supporting public and private sector employers with their labour and employment relations. Her proactive and strategic approach makes her an asset to clients navigating the complexities of the work environment.

She has a keen interest in education law and in health and safety law, allowing her to assist employers in creating safe, healthy, and productive working environments.

Outside of work, Fabienne loves spending time with her family and embraces the arts in all its various forms. She is also committed to making a positive impact on the francophone community through her involvement in local initiatives. She currently serves on the Board of the Vanier Museopark.

Fabienne is a graduate (cum laude) from the French Common Law Program at the University of Ottawa.

Prior to her law studies, Fabienne obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Magna cum laude) in Conflict Studies and Human Rights from the University of Ottawa. During her studies, she received several awards and scholarships recognizing her leadership.

Fabienne is a member of the Association des juristes d’expression française de l’Ontario and the County of Carleton Law Association.
