Noel joined Emond Harnden as an Associate in 2021 after articling with the firm.
Practicing in all areas of labour and employment law, Noel provides timely advice to both provincially and federally regulated employers. He assists clients with a variety of legal matters, including labour arbitration, civil litigation, collective bargaining, and drafting contracts and workplace policies.
Noel graduated Cum Laude from the University of Ottawa’s English Common Law Program with an Option in Public Law. Prior to law school, he completed an Honours Specialization in Political Science from Huron University, graduating with distinction. He received numerous awards for academic excellence, and was a member of the Dean’s Honour List throughout both his legal and undergraduate studies.
Noel is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the County of Carleton Law Association.
