Jake joined Emond Harnden as an Associate in 2022 after maintaining a broad litigation practice at a national law firm in Ottawa for two years. He is dedicated to all facets of labour and employment law, working with clients across both the public and private sectors. From representing employers in labour arbitration cases to defending their interests in civil litigation and human rights matters, Jake is a trusted ally in resolving legal challenges effectively and efficiently.

Born and raised in nearby Chelsea, Quebec, Jake remains committed to the local community. In his spare time, Jake enjoys spending time with his family, travelling, cross-country skiing and exploring local craft beers. Jake Graduated Cum Laude from the University of Ottawa’s English Common Law Program. Prior to law school, he completed an Honours Specialization in Child and Family Studies at Carleton University.
