Sabina is a Research Lawyer who provides support to the firm’s other lawyers in all aspects of labour and employment law.
Prior to joining Emond Harnden as a Research Lawyer, Sabina was an Associate in the Civil Litigation Department of a general practice law firm, where her practice was focused on employment law. She represented clients before various courts and tribunals and advised clients on all aspects of employment law, including employment contracts and policies, terminations, wrongful and constructive dismissal claims and human rights matters.
Sabina also worked as a Labour Relations Advisor in the federal public service, providing advice, guidance and training to managers in relation to issues such as grievances, discipline, performance management and accommodation.
