    Application for declaration that a sale of business has occurred under the Canada Labour Code between Canadian North Inc. and Bradley Air Services Limited and that Bradley Air Services Limited is the successor employer – application seeking to merge two separate bargaining units into a single “commercial operations” bargaining unit – Board declared that a sale of business has occurred and Bradley Air Services Limited is the successor employer – Board declared Unifor continues to the be the certified bargaining agent for the bargaining unit – certificate now reads: “all employees employed in the Commercial Operations (Airport and Cargo Operations) division and the customer contact centre of Bradley Air Services Limited carrying on business as Canadian North, excluding departmental administrative and support staff, instructors, supervisors and those above”.

    Application for a review of the bargaining unit structure of Bradley Air Services Limited – application granted – certificate now reads: “all supervisory employees employed in the Maintenance and Engineering division and building maintenance operations of Bradley Air Services Limited carrying on business as Canadian North, excluding non-supervisory personnel, non-maintenance quality assurance auditors, administrative assistants to the director(s), managers and those above.
