Kassandra joined Emond Harnden as an Associate after completing her articles and working as a student with the firm.
Fully bilingual, Kassandra has a diverse labour and employment law practice, providing strategic advice and opinions to clients in both the public and private sectors, including federally and provincially regulated employers. Kassandra is regularly involved in collective bargaining, drafting and reviewing employment contracts, structuring mass and individual terminations, defending against wrongful dismissal and human rights claims, responding to grievances and preparing for arbitration, and providing legal advice regarding various employment and labour law matters.
When not in the office, you can find Kassandra enjoying the outdoors either cycling, golfing or skiing, and most importantly keeping her dog and house plants alive.
