International flight delayed and baggage delivered two days late – applicant sought $200 USD each for family members plus $2,000 CAD for moral damages for inconvenience – Air Canada argued that applicant was required to make claim for delayed baggage within 21 days from when baggage should have arrived – applicant received a “Delayed Baggage” ticket from Air Canada clearly setting out 21-day deadline to submit claim – applicant should have been aware of deadline – no evidence or explanation as to why applicant could not access computer to file claim while out of country – Montreal Convention does not permit claims for inconvenience or moral damages – claim dismissed
