    Appeal from order dismissing petition for judicial review of decision of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Tribunal – Tribunal determined respondents, non-resident members of flight crew in British Columbia for mandatory overnight layover, were not “workers in British Columbia” within meaning of Workers Compensation Act – Appeal dismissed – Reviewing judge was correct that Tribunal’s analysis was founded on statutory interpretation and was not patently unreasonable

    IAMAW and employer applied for review of bargaining unit structure to create one single consolidated unit – application granted – certificate now reads: “all ramp agents, lead ramp agents, customer service agents and lead customer service agents employed by Envoy Air Inc. at the Vancouver International Airport, Vancouver, British Columbia, excluding the compliance coordinator, supervisors and those above the rank of supervisor.”
