Judicial review of an arbitrator’s decision to uphold the Airport’s Alcohol and Drug Policy – found the arbitrator’s decision was unreasonable – no satisfactory explanation for the arbitrator departing from previous decisions – arbitrator failed to consider employee privacy interests affected by mandatory testing – application for judicial review granted – arbitrator’s award set aside.
