    Employees of Perimeter Aviation LP, Keewatin Air LP, and Calm Air International LP were transferred to and became employees of Alliance Maintenance LP – the four parties applied for declaration that current structure of two bargaining units of maintenance employees at Keewatin Air LP (IAMAW) and Calm Air International LP (Unifor) no longer appropriate for collective bargaining and requested review of bargaining unit structure – representation vote conducted – Board satisfied that majority of employees of employer in unit wished for Unifor to represent them as bargaining agent – Unifor certified to be bargaining agent for unit comprising “
