Application for judicial review of an interlocutory decision of the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal (Tribunal) – complaint by a group of former Air Canada pilots alleging age discrimination – complaint referred to the Tribunal – Tribunal made a determination that it would adopt the factors used in previous complaints that had considered whether mandatory retirement for pilots was a discriminatory practice – complainants sought judicial review of that determination – application dismissed –application for judicial review commenced prematurely, before the Tribunal’s process had run its course to a final decision on the merits
