Brett joined Emond Harnden as an Associate after completing his articles and working as a student with the firm.
Brett has a diverse labour and employment law practice, assisting provincially and federally regulated clients in both the public and private sectors. Brett is regularly involved in contract and policy drafting, human rights matters, collective bargaining, responding to grievances or employment standards complaints, defending wrongful dismissal claims and helping clients prepare for arbitration.
When not in the office, you will likely find Brett enjoying the outdoors at his family’s cottage, hitting the ski slopes, or occasionally blaming the wind for his sub-par golf shots.
