Fluently bilingual, Céline practices in all areas of labour and employment law. She joined Emond Harnden in 2008 after having articled at a large multi-service firm in Toronto. Since joining the firm, Céline has assisted clients with human rights applications, wrongful dismissal claims and contractual disputes in addition to providing advice on various labour and employment issues.
She has appeared before labour arbitrators, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Human Rights Tribunal, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Divisional Court on behalf of clients. She regularly assists and collaborates on files for school boards, hospitals, universities, colleges and not-for-profit organizations on a wide range of issues in the areas of labour and employment law.
