Céline Delorme


Fluently bilingual, Céline practices in all areas of labour and employment law. She joined Emond Harnden in 2008 after having articled at a large multi-service firm in Toronto. Since joining the firm, Céline has assisted clients with human rights applications, wrongful dismissal claims and contractual disputes in addition to providing advice on various labour and employment issues.

She has appeared before labour arbitrators, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Human Rights Tribunal, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Divisional Court on behalf of clients. She regularly assists and collaborates on files for school boards, hospitals, universities, colleges and not-for-profit organizations on a wide range of issues in the areas of labour and employment law.


Céline graduated cum laude from the University of Ottawa French Common Law Program in 2007. She was the recipient, among others, of the Osgoode Society Prize for Canadian Legal History, which is awarded to the top 10 students in the graduating class.

Céline received her Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2003 from the University of Ottawa, with a specialization in Marketing and International Management.

Before embarking on her legal career, Céline worked at the Treasury Board of Canada, Secretariat and the Public Service Human Resources Management Agency of Canada as a Program Officer in the Employment Equity Division where she assisted various governmental departments and agencies in developing tools to attract and retain a more diverse workforce.

Céline is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the County of Carleton Law Association, the Association des juristes d’expression française de l’Ontario and the Regroupement des gens d’affaires.
