After completing his articles with Emond Harnden, Joël joined the team as an associate.
Fully bilingual, Joël works with clients in the areas of labour and employment law, education law, civil litigation, privacy law, human rights law, administrative law and governance. He works primarily with public and para-public sector clients. Joël has represented clients’ interests in labour arbitration and at the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Divisional Court and administrative tribunals.
In his spare time, Joël enjoys learning about wine, playing curling and squash, reading, discovering craft beers and travelling.
