Joël advises and represents clients in all matters relating to labour and employment law, education law, civil litigation, privacy law, human rights law, administrative law and governance. He works primarily with public and para-public sector clients.
Joël has represented clients’ interests in labour arbitration and multiples levels of court and administrative tribunals in various provinces.
Joël is fully bilingual (French and English) and practices in both languages.
Joël graduated cum laude from the French Common Law program at the University of Ottawa.
Joël is called to the Bar in Ontario, Manitoba, New Brunswick and Alberta.
Joël is a member of the Association des juristes d’expression française de l’Ontario, the County of Carleton Law Association and the Ontario Bar Association.
