Paul maintains an extensive bilingual practice focused on labour and employment law, education law, administrative law and general advocacy on behalf of school boards.
He has considerable litigation experience representing clients in arbitration and before courts and administrative tribunals.
Paul graduated from the University of Ottawa in 1993. He holds a Master of Education from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Moncton.
Paul was called to the Bar in 1995.
Prior to the completion of law school, Paul was a certified teacher and remains a member of the Ontario College of Teachers.
He is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Association des juristes d’expression française de l’Ontario and the County of Carleton Law Association.
