Samara joined Emond Harnden in 2023 after practicing labour and employment law exclusively for seven years. Samara is a skilled and experienced negotiator who focuses on finding practical solutions for her clients.
Samara advises and assists federally and provincially regulated employers in all areas of labour and employment law, including discipline, terminations, and the development and review of employment agreements and workplace policies. She also represents employers in wrongful dismissal disputes and human rights proceedings. Samara is particularly experienced in providing advice and representation to employers in the context of workers’ compensation matters.
Outside of the office, Samara enjoys travelling with her husband, going on hikes with her dog, and trying as many new restaurants as possible.
