Trinita joined Emond Harnden LLP in May 2026 as a Litigation Law Clerk.
She brings several years of legal and court-related experience to her role, having previously worked as a Bilingual Law Clerk/Legal Assistant with the Children’s Aid Society of Ottawa and as a Court Reporter with the Ministry of the Attorney General. Through these positions, she developed extensive experience in legal document preparation, court procedures, file management, and litigation support.
Fluently bilingual in English and French, Trinita assists lawyers with all aspects of litigation file management, document preparation, court filings, and hearing preparation. She is recognized for her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to client service.
Outside of the office, Trinita enjoy spending time with her family and friends, hosting game night, and trying different restaurants with her fiancé.
