    Applicant, an African-Canadian CBSA officer, alleged discrimination against CATSA staff at Calgary airport because she was detained – Staff had detained her when CBSA equipment discovered in luggage – Application denied
  • Complaint – Wastewater – Halifax International Airport Authority, 2018 NSUARB 166
    The Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board finds the Halifax Regional Water Commission was not responsible for ensuring that external tenants, all service providers at the airport, comply with Halifax water rules – Airport and, ultimately, Authority, is responsible for managing third party wastewater cleanliness
