Dispute between the parties as to whether the employer could unilaterally cancel the Available Crew Member (“ACM”) Policy – employer acted reasonably and within its management rights in advising the union of its intention to cancel the ACM policy – employer should not be estopped from cancelling the ACM policy until after the expiry of the current collective agreement – grievance dismissed
