André serves a large client base in the public, broader public and private sectors with a particular focus on health care and post-secondary education. In addition to maintaining a substantial bilingual practice specializing in grievance arbitration, André supports his vast client base by providing advice and legal representation in the context of collective agreement bargaining, preparation of employment contracts, policies, managing risks related to dismissals and reorganization, defending against wrongful dismissal actions, complaints filed with the Ontario Ministry of Labour, employment standards, harassment and discrimination complaints filed with the Human Rights Tribunal, attendance and disability plans and procedures for certification, decertification or complaints filed with the Ontario Labour Relations Board.
