Sarah is a bilingual lawyer and partner at Emond Harnden. She has worked exclusively in management-side labour and employment law since graduating from the University of Ottawa’s French Common Law program.
Fully bilingual in English and French, Sarah provides a broad range of legal services to employers, including drafting employment agreements and policies, providing legal advice and opinions on workplace matters, and representing employers in pre-litigation and civil litigation matters as well as in human rights proceedings, grievance arbitration and collective bargaining.
Over the years, Sarah has advised and represented provincially and federally regulated employers in a variety of sectors, including manufacturing, hospitality, health care, dental, government and not-for-profit.
