Canada Labour Code amendments now law

The federal government’s amendments to Part I of the Canada Labour Code (described in “Proposed amendments to the Canada Labour Code unveiled” and “Amendments to Canada Labour Code re-introduced” on our Publications page) were proclaimed in force on January 1, 1999.
