Emond Harnden is pleased to announce that Samara Belitzky has been named a Partner of the firm, effective January 1, 2026.
Samara joined Emond Harnden in 2023, bringing seven years of dedicated labour and employment law experience. She is recognized for her strategic approach and practical guidance, earning the confidence of clients across a wide range of complex matters.
Samara was called to the Ontario Bar in 2016 and the British Columbia Bar in 2022. She holds degrees in both civil law and common law from the Université de Montréal. Samara is also an active member of the community and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Ottawa Board of Trade.
As a Partner, Samara will continue to guide clients through complex matters with clarity and confidence, bringing both strategic insight and practical solutions to every file. Her collaborative approach, combined with a commitment to excellence, ensures she will make a meaningful and lasting contribution to the firm, her colleagues, and the clients she serves.
