    Employee applied for revocation of USW bargaining certificate – majority of employees no longer wished to be represented – certificate revoked:

    IATA appealed against NAV Canada’s increased charges for air navigation services – SB ADS-B caused increase – IATA alleged NAV did not comply with statutory notice and disclosure requirements – IATA appeal dismissed – NAV’s charges followed statutory guidelines
  • Application – Air Georgian Limited c-o-b as Air Canada Express – Determination No. A-2020-14
    To have its Bombardier CRJ-100 aircraft considered
  • Application – K&R Aviation, LLC c-o-b as OpenAir (applicant) of Gaithersburg, Maryland, United States of America – Determination No. A-2020-13
    Pursuant to subsection 73(2) of the Canada Transportation Act
  • Application – Private Stock Company “Ukraine International Airlines” c-o-b as Ukraine International Airlines and UIA (Licensee) – Order No. 2020-A-16
    Exemption from subsection 84(2) of the Canada Transportation Act
