Jordon joined Emond Harnden in 2024 as an Associate after completing his articles and working as a summer student with the firm.
Jordon works in all aspects of labour and employment law, providing strategic advice to clients across the public and private sectors, including both federally and provincially regulated employers. His experience includes assisting employers with collective bargaining, responding to union organizing campaigns, addressing complaints of unfair labour practices, managing grievances, preparing for arbitration, drafting and reviewing employment contracts, and providing legal advice on various labour and employment law issues.
Jordon graduated Cum Laude from the University of Ottawa’s English Common Law Program. During law school, he participated in sports-related advocacy competitions, earning recognition for best oral and written submissions at the 2022 New England Hockey Arbitration Competition and being a semi-finalist at the 2022 Hockey Arbitration Competition of Canada.
In his free time, Jordon enjoys discovering local coffee shops, watching sports, running, playing golf, and spending time with his family.
