Fully bilingual, Sébastien has considerable experience in the public and private sectors with particular focus on municipal and federal government, health care and transportation.

Sébastien provides counsel on judicial reviews, labour arbitration, wrongful dismissal claims, governance issues, human rights, collective bargaining, labour disputes, WSIB claims, privacy matters and Ontario Labour Relations Board and Public Service Staff Relations Board proceedings.

Sébastien offers a full range of services to his clients including advice and representation on all matters of labour and employment law, privacy and access to information matters under MFIPPA, pension and benefits law, human rights matters, WSIB and health and safety matters.

Sébastien also provides bilingual workplace training geared towards any level of personnel from front line staff to the highest level of management, in both small workshop groups and large seminars presentations.

Sébastien was selected as ‘Business Person of the Year – Private Sector’ by Regroupement des gens d’affaires de la capitale nationale (RGA)/Francophone Business Group in 2022. Also in 2023, he was recognized by The Best Lawyers in Canada for his expertise and work in Labour and Employment Law.

Sébastien graduated from both the common law and civil law programs at the University of Ottawa.

Sébastien is a member of the Association des juristes d’expression française de l’Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, the Regroupement des gens d’affaires, the Advocates’ Society, the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario and a former Board member of Joan of Arc Academy.
