Steve joined Emond Harnden as Chief Operating Officer in 2022.
He is responsible for business execution of the Firm including strategic planning, financial operations, marketing and business development, HR, and technology. Steve is highly regarded for his ability to develop and execute strategy, capacity to lead change, and passion for exceptional customer service and client experience.
Prior to Emond Harnden, Steve’s executive experience at Scotiabank and MD Financial Management spanned leadership in M&A integration, strategy and execution, client experience, program management, and technology delivery. Previous experience includes high-tech project management at Nortel, and technology strategy and implementation with Deloitte and Accenture.
