Application for decertification – union objected on grounds that the employer had committed an unfair labour practice (ULP) and that the results of the representation vote would be unlikely to disclose the true wishes of employees – union also argued application was barred by the Labour Relations Code – ULP application allowed – representation vote not to be counted – decertification application dismissed
