    Application for decertification – union objected on grounds that the employer had committed an unfair labour practice (ULP) and that the results of the representation vote would be unlikely to disclose the true wishes of employees – union also argued application was barred by the Labour Relations Code – ULP application allowed – representation vote not to be counted – decertification application dismissed

Application to amend certification order by updating the bargaining unit description to reflect changes to the organizational structure and position titles – Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) not opposed – bargaining unit description amended to the following: “all employees of Saskatoon Airport Authority, excluding the President and Chief Executive Officer, Vice-President Corporate Administration and CFO, Vice-President Operational Excellence, Vice-President Business Development and Service Quality, Vice-President Airport Development, Manager Facilities, Manager Operations, Manager Customer & Terminal Services, Manager Information Technology, Manager People and Culture, Human Resources Administrator, Executive Assistants and Students”
