Employer is CATSA contractor in Atlantic Canada – 13 employees placed on unpaid administrative leave for non-compliance with government-mandated COVID-19 vaccination requirement for aviation industry – group grievance alleging breach of collective agreement – employer’s primary obligation was to comply with Interim Order 43 – no breach of collective agreement in the circumstances – grievance dismissed
