Claim for compensation for cancelled booking – applicant booked a flight operated by Flair through a third party website – applicant alleged Flair failed to respond to her requests for information about travelling with her dog, so she cancelled the booking – Flair denied the applicant’s refund request because she cancelled outside of the 24-hour grace period – applicant argued that Flair unfairly failed to respond to her in a timely way – claim dismissed
