B.C. court certifies former flight attendant’s class action against WestJet

    Appellant claims WestJet breached employment contracts by failing to design, implement and maintain workplace program to combat harassment – application for certification as class action dismissed by certification judge – appeal allowed in part – claims certified as class proceeding – certification judge did not err in refusing to certify proposed common issue related to aggregate damages
