Our Indigenous Employers Practice Group has extensive experience advising Indigenous employers on labour and employment matters. We provide legal guidance on the interpretation and application of relevant legislation, governance frameworks, and best practices for Indigenous organizations. Emond Harnden works collaboratively with First Nations, their Chiefs and Councils as well as their administrators and managers of departments, including education, community and healthcare, police services and other departments.
